Turkey and Sharp Cheddar Panini with Cranberry Mayo
⅓ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons milk
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
4 slices Italian bread
6 ounces sliced BUTTERBALL® Smoked Turkey Breast
2 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter
- 1.Place mayonnaise, cranberries, mustard, milk and cumin in food processor or blender; cover; process until almost smooth, scraping sides frequently. Spread evenly over cut sides of bread. Layer turkey and cheese on bottom of bread. Cover with top of bread.
- 2.Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add sandwich; press down lightly with spatula. Cook sandwich 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
