Ingredients

1 cup cubed stale bread

1 tablespoon butter, melted

2 tablespoons ranch dressing

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 teaspoon lemon juice

½ cup grape or cherry tomatoes

4 ounces BUTTERBALL® Deli Turkey, thinly sliced

4 slices BUTTERBALL® Turkey Bacon, cooked and chopped

1 cup chopped lettuce, such as Romaine or leaf lettuce

Directions

  • 1.
    Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine bread cubes and melted butter in small bowl; toss to coat. Spread on small baking sheet. Bake about 10 minutes or until bread is toasted and golden brown. Cool completely.
  • 2.
    Whisk ranch dressing, mayonnaise and lemon juice in small bowl. Pour into bottom of wide-mouth, 1-quart jar. Place tomatoes in jar on top of dressing. Layer with croutons, bacon, turkey and lettuce. To serve, pour contents out of jar into bowl; stir to mix.
