Ingredients

2 cups sauerkraut

¼ cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened

8 slices rye or marble rye bread

12 ounces thinly sliced BUTTERBALL® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

4 slices Swiss cheese

¼ to ½ cup prepared Thousand Island dressing

Directions

  • 1.
    Preheat indoor grill or large grill pan. Drain sauerkraut well on paper towels.
  • 2.
    Spread butter evenly over one side of each slice of bread. Turn 4 bread slices over; top evenly with turkey, 1 to 2 tablespoons dressing, sauerkraut and cheese. Top with remaining 4 bread slices, butter side up.
  • 3.
    Grill 4 minutes or just until cheese begins to melt.
