Bacon-Wrapped Brussels Sprouts with Lemon-Garlic Aioli

Ingredients

22 medium brussels sprouts (about 1 pound)

1 package (12 ounces) BUTTERBALL® Turkey Bacon

4 tablespoons butter, melted

1 tablespoon packed brown sugar

¼ teaspoon salt

teaspoon ground red pepper or black pepper

LEMON-GARLIC AIOLI SAUCE

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

¼ teaspoon salt

Directions

  • 1.
    Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 2.
    Trim stem ends of brussels sprouts and cut sprouts in half. Cut bacon slices in half. Place one bacon half on work surface. Place one sprout half, cut side up, on bacon. Wrap bacon around sprout; place seam side down on prepared pan. Repeat with remaining sprouts and bacon.
  • 3.
    Combine butter, brown sugar, ¼ teaspoon salt and ground red pepper in small bowl. Brush evenly over wrapped sprouts.
  • 4.
    Bake 20 minutes or until bacon is browned and crispy and sprouts are tender. Transfer to serving plate. Meanwhile for sauce, whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, oil, garlic and ¼ teaspoon salt in small bowl. Serve with sprouts for dipping.
