Ingredients
1 egg white
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1 package (16 ounces) BUTTERBALL® Fresh Ground Turkey
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 medium zucchini
2 cups low-sodium marinara sauce
3 cups cooked spaghetti
Directions
- 1.Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat broiling or baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. (Broiling pan will allow liquid from meatballs to drain.)
- 2.Mix egg white with oats in small bowl; set aside. Combine turkey, garlic, salt, pepper and nutmeg in large bowl. Add zucchini and oat mixture; gently mix by hand until evenly distributed.
- 3.Form 24 balls and place on prepared pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until no longer pink and center of meatballs reaches 165°F as measured with meat thermometer.
- 4.Pour marinara sauce into medium saucepan. Add cooked meatballs; stir gently to coat with sauce. Cover; bring to a boil. Turn down heat; simmer 10 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.
