Ingredients

5 pound tart cooking apples (McIntosh, Granny Smith, Rome Beauty or York Imperial)

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup apple juice

2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or until apples are very tender.
